Tool and Die Making
Pigtail Music LLC. has a complete Tool and Die facility for the purpose of building prototypes, plastic injection molds, die casting dies, stamping dies, assembly fixtures, machining fixtures, automation, gauges and production machining. Our compliment of solid modeling, as well as CADCAM software, assures the customer of our ability to handle the most demanding geometric tasks. That along with our state of the art CNC machining, and Electrical Discharge Machines, positions us to meet the demands of almost any customer, no matter how difficult the task!
